Return Policy

You have 10 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason. Some items will incur a restocking charge. For further details on a specific manufacturer please refer to our Return Policy Page. We must uphold this policy because we in return have to pay restocking fees on these items.

Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted either by E-mail or phone at 516-333-4384 to obtain return instructions or you may use our online RGA form. Please do not ship anything back with out prior authorization.

Defective or Damaged Hardware

If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days, we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective item.   • All Orders ship via UPS
  • Expedited Shipping Available upon request at customers expense.
  • UPS will not ship any order to a PO Box.
  • All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will incur an additional $30.00 shipping and handling fee and ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please add 3-5 days to projected delivery time.
  • All International Shipments (excluding Canada) are shipped Via UPS Global. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order.
  • We do not accept credit cards issued outside the United States because we are unable to verify the information. Orders with this information will be flagged and put on hold. You will receive a separate email with the additional shipping charges and instructions on where to send payment. Payment must be sent in the form of an international money order or bank check.
  • All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Surface. Please add 3-5 days to projected delivery time. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order. However, your purchase may be subject to additional duties and charges collected by UPS on behalf of your country at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for collection or reimbursement of any of these charges.

Missing or Damaged Mechandise

All orders are inspected prior to shipment. If a product is received damaged or missing, please contact us in writing (E-mail or Fax ) within 48 hours. We will replace all missing or damaged merchandise immediately.
